Joseph CampBell is a New Mexico native and was born and raised in Las Cruces, New
Mexico. He attended New Mexico State University and received a degree in Political Science in

  1. He attended law school at Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia,
    Pennsylvania, where he earned his law degree in 1995. He started his law career in Philadelphia
    and had his own office where he focused on juvenile law, family law, personal injury and
    employment discrimination. He returned to New Mexico in 1999 and in 2001started working for
    the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office. Joseph CampBell worked for the First Judicial
    District Attorney’s Office until 2008 and obtained the title of Deputy District Attorney. From
    January 2009 until September of 2010 Joseph CampBell was the Deputy District Attorney in
    charge of the Fourth Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Santa Rosa, Guadalupe County, New
    Mexico. In January 2011 Joseph CampBell opened and maintained a law practice in Edgewood,
    New Mexico where he again focused on family law, criminal defense, personal injury and
    employment discrimination. Joseph CampBell joined the Seventh Judicial District Court as the
    Domestic Relations / Child Support Hearing Officer in May of 2023.
